Curti Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of Curti. By using Curti, you agree to these Terms and to follow all applicable laws and platform rules.

Curti is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may not use the app.

License and EULA

Curti grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, lawful purposes. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, rent, or misuse any part of Curti except as permitted by law.

If you download Curti through the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies to your use of the app. These Terms supplement that EULA and do not limit any rights you may have under Apple's terms or applicable law.

User Content

You are responsible for the images, text, and other material you create, import, save, or otherwise provide through Curti. You must own the rights to your content or have permission to use it.

You may not use Curti to create, store, submit, or distribute content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, deceptive, invasive of privacy, infringing, exploitative, or otherwise objectionable.

Zero Tolerance and Reports

Curti maintains zero tolerance for objectionable content, abusive conduct, harassment, threats, hate speech, impersonation, unlawful activity, or content that violates another person's rights.

Report concerns to support@curti.com. We review reports within 24 hours and may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, or take other appropriate action.

Purchases

Curti may offer optional paid items or credits. Purchases are processed by the applicable app store or payment provider. Refunds, billing issues, and purchase management may be handled under the rules of the store or provider used for the transaction.

Service Changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Curti at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be identified by the Last Updated date above.
